SUMICHIRAL OA-4000 uses (S)-Valine, (S)-1-(α-naphthyl)ethylamine selector chemistry and is designed for normal phase; sfc compatible separations. Customers use this phase to evaluate enantiomeric purity, resolve optical isomers and support method development for amines, amides, amino alcohols, alcohols, esters and phosphamides.
